Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping – Delivered within 7–10 business days
Express Shipping – Delivered within 5–7 business days

Shipping charges, if any, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Locations We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order through our courier partner's website.

Delays While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

High order volumes
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Courier partner delays

VANTAGE is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your support email] with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.

Cash on Delivery (COD) COD is available on select orders and locations. Please note that a COD handling fee of ₹50 will be collected at the time of delivery in addition to your order total. This fee is non-refundable. The COD option will be displayed at checkout where applicable.
